Hi Harry: I'm always late to the game. I think I saw my first Blackberry 6 or 7 years ago. The cost is still a factor, 30/line per month in addition to regular line costs (all e mails are included). It does make it easier when I travel, some clients have commented that I needed one (I have a laptop for extended travel but day trips would be an issue). I can justify the cost, not sure if many consumers can. I would think the $30 starts to come down in the next year or two. Tim
