FYI, China and India have made no proposal to reduce their CO2 emissions. To the contrary, all they have said is that they will reduce the amount of growth in said emissions, and that's a different story all together.

And BTW, mm, I'm going to warn you and the thread once again to back off on the personal attacks. Bash away at policies and policy makers, but lay off the name calling of thread participants.
