Sean, You are sticking your head in the lion's mouth. I said I thought this guy is a company plant. Because of what he said to Lee and my reply about the CCEE question I didn't necessarily mean that he works for that company. Although it is six of one and half dozen of the other. Stop and think about a couple things. 1. There is a protocol that lawyers normally follow in such things. If they are concerned about letting the company know that a legal action could be the last resort in a course of actions contemplated, they talk to the COMPANY LAWYER not to the company MM. In this case that is real easy the company lawyer is on the board and is also a ROOMMATE. Instead this guy SAYS he called MR.WEST and talked to him and MR. MARCUS. and all of his information and arguments are GB driven. 2. Who/what entity has more of a stake in the reverse split and rolling out 300 MILLION shares than the entity that will do the "investment banking" on the debentures and the converted shares, and the subsequent sleigh ride back up and down and up and..... I 'll bet by the time you all get to the shareholders meeting that GG will be there representing GB or one of the other firms in the articles I posted last week. I hope Dorine and Lee and a couple of the rest of you all will make a list of who they are and look for them at the meeting voting broker proxies AGAINST your desires on the 15 issues.
