I know your daughter is very smart and very capable. She would fit in nicely with any capable woman's club. She has a really exciting career in front of her too. Why would she want to mess that up for some helpless fella? gg I hope she ends up going to exotic places and meets all sorts of interesting people. I think I mentioned..........a friend's daughter is in the hospitality business. She's been working at Snowmass for over 3 years now. I learned yesterday that she also became engaged over the Christmas holiday. Small world! I started my roast at 500 degrees for 15 minutes then turned it down to 350 degrees for the rest of the time. I got those instructions from a little recipe card the butcher gave me. It worked out really well. The roast was perfect if not a bit early. I have never heard of that cook book. I tried looking for an image on line, but there are so many books with that name I'm not sure which one it is? Is this it?
