Yeah, combination of factors but right now when most of north American is having snow storms Florida is a pleasant 75 degrees, the sun is shinning and reflecting off the beautiful ocean. Real Estate in Florida will always be desirable for these reasons.

Some homes are available for less than cost to build now for the first time in many years, making living here very affordable. I saw a 3/2 with a swimming pool in a decent neighborhood for under $100,000. with a needed $20,000-$30,000
put into it you would have one very nice home. At today's mortgage rates it is cheaper to own than rent.

Florida will be booming 5 years down the road.Manufacturing and service jobs like call centers will be coming back from overseas.A couple can both have minimum wage jobs in South Florida and buy or rent a house cheap.We are to Brazil as China to the US.Brazil can not produce anything but raw materials or agriculture and compete with the US.Great time for Brazilians to buy in South Florida.10 years from now they will be very thankful
