Giving the Dictators exactly what they want --- a bete noir, a FOIL then can use to blame all of their troubles on..... So what??? I'll take the blame, big deal... and I'll also take the credit when the dictator topples, big deal... so, your strategy is to do nothing so you won't get "blamed?" Does blame bother you that much that you would prefer to allow innocent citizens to be murdered in the streets just to avoid being blamed? Damn!!! Take action now, go ahead, and blame it on me, who cares? This is actually comical that you would do nothing merely to "avoid blame"... how childish, well, gee whiz, I can see it now, a seven year old would say "if they blame it on me, then I'm going to tell mommy on you, it was all your fault"...
