"Roger, some of those loyal investors are in a class action lawsuit against the company!wj" Walter after reading your post I call Hellmuth & Johnson (612) 941-4005 to check the status of the Class action. According to Randall Steinmeyer, the attorney for one of the class actions, the next shoe is supposed to drop in 41 days. Mr.Steinmeyer seemed to indicate that he thought there was enough wrong doing to land some folks in jail. He wouldn't give specific details but he didn't paint a very rosy picture. What further damage could more negative press have? Also, have called S.Synder to specifically find out if Ancor has insurance to cover further legal actions. Long and wishing otherwise!!!
