CBOE to List Options on Cholestech Corporation (CTEC) on Monday, November 10

CHICAGO, Nov. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- The Chicago Board Options Exchange (CB0E) today announced it will begin trading options on
Cholestech Corporation (Nasdaq:CTEC) (CBOE: QDT) on Monday, November 10. Cholestech Corporation, located in Hayward, CA,
develops, manufactures and markets the Cholestech L.D.X.(R), a proprietary platform technology whose first applications in the
preventive care market measure specific analytes to detect various diseases and disorders from a single drop of whole blood within
five minutes.

QDT options will trade on the January expiration cycle, with introductory expirations in November, December, January and April.
Initial strike prices have been set at 12-1/2, 15 and 17-1/2. (Note: strike prices are subject to change based on the price of the
underlying security.) BE Partners has been named the Designated Primary Market Maker (DPM) in the options.
