So Rush goes to the hospital and gets an Cath angiogram It depends on what they saw. If the presentation was consistent with "STEMI" (ST elevation MI), then the best approach is angio ASAP. In that case, every minute can make a difference. However, if the presentation was more muted, then indeed angio may have been an overshoot.
