Our local Community College has a program aimed at helping people (mainly women) who have been out of the workforce gain skills to help them get back to work. You might want to check to see if there are similar programs down your way. Such a program would likely welcome a donation of business clothes.

While you're checking, check and see if you have a place for Abused Women to go....we have some places in the area, and they always need nice things the women can wear to go out to find a job.
