Veiko: I do not relish being the one to break the news to you for two simple but difficult (for me) to explain reasons ===> One, I symphatize with you. I too was enthusiastic for a long time -- perhaps too long. We could debate whether I had reason to be or not but it would serve no purpose. What I need you to understand is that I sincerely felt there was enough evidence of a Centura turnaround already taking place, or I would not have posted accordingly. It is important you understand this because it speaks to the sincerity with which I write the remainder of this post. And two, I treasure and respect my sources as much as they value their anonymity. You would not want my telephatic dreams and hunches to get any of us in trouble with the SEC, would you ? The only thing that I can offer you to substantiate my vivid imagination is reason number one above; and I have to leave it up to you to hopefully appreciate and respect my dilemma as you read on. It is official, Veiko. The licensing deal with InfoSpinner has been terminated. And yet even after the agreement was terminated several weeks ago, Centura has continued to issue ForeSite-related press releases which could easily be proven to have been misleading to the company's shareholdes. The basis for yet another costly shareholder lawsuit. As if that wasn't enough cause for concern, Centura is also misleading its customers into thinking that they are still in fact selling ForeSite thru the company's negligence to announce the termination of the agreement. The basis for yet another expensive lawsuit. Why didn't I listen to those who warned me early on ? Centura truly does not care about its shareholders, its customers, or even its fiercely loyal developer community. That's right, Centura. Let us, the company's shareholders, customers, and hard-working developers whose jobs or businesses in many cases depend on your future bear the brunt of your dishonesty. Why worry about our petty little needs when you have all alredy stuffed your golden parachutes...
