Leo,

Why do you think CNTR would continue to be acting as if the agreement hadn't been terminated. Surely you can't believe that they would be that stupid to risk a lawsuit. I can only think of the following possiblities:
- Infospinner agreed to let them ease out and save face
- CNTR dropped Infospinner and dictated the terms; we will ease out on our own time
- Some third party is going to swoop in and grab both of them, in which case the point is moot
- They don't give a damm because Infospinner isn't going to waste prescious resources on a lawsuit; "you spent money increasing our mindshare... we're going to sue you"... I don't think so...
- It's utter chaos back at the ranch; animals running around scared and confused, the barns burning, and farmer Sam is busy fiddling around somewhere else hoping for a deux ex machina

Leo!

Does it mean, that You or everyone here was Centura for Foresite?
I did'nt and all our region resellers won't doing business with Centura for Foresite, so I don't see a big deal from Centura loosing Foresite. Anyway, the NetDynamics is much ahead from Foresite.
As You know before, I was not very kind to Centura's management and I see this a good opportunity for the Company to change some persons in management even with the price of lawsuit.
I have been partnering with Gupta/Centura for six years and still optimistic, because of the technology and persons in Company, who are not yet in management. I don't expect now a stock price ride soon, but still keeping them. Maybe I will short again this ONSL stock to cover my loose on CNTR, this is damn interesting stock to play (boughted in $20, sold $34 two weeks later, now again can bought in $25 sell in $40.)

Leo, getting a little frustrated?....

You know, it's possible that CNTR's done nothing wrong. If there is a dispute brewing, it may be with InfoSpinner. If the agreement was ended in an improper way, then CNTR was perhaps doing the right thing. We'll see what gives in the next short while.

Meanwhile, the numbers stink, management is overpaid, their major product outlook is grim, and the new products are unproven. Well, no worse than when the failed merger was announced. This is why CNTR is around a buck and a half, no?

Maybe not a bad time to buy, over the next while. Unless, of course, you're right about the golden parachutes, in which case we're going to zero or worse. Worse, is a bail out of assets to satisfy creditors, leaving nothing for common shareholders - dat's us!

Regards

Leo

Can Your post be just Your speculations to keep this thread running. Nobody in Centura and Infospinner seems to know about termination of agreement and in business nobody will terminate a agreement, without a reason. So what is the reason force majure, perhaps? Is US starting a World War 3?
