Can I create a CD with that upgraded program? Yes, you should be able to. I am not familiar with Ghost, but that is how most of them work.

According to their forums: If you purchased the download version, then you should have received two download links, one for the Ghost installer and the other for an ISO image. The ISO image must be burned to a CD-R with an ISO aware application such as Nero burning ROM, ImgBurn, or many others.
