Thanks to everyone for the kind words and thoughts. Surgery should be sometime this afternoon. The ortho said the chances of success for this surgery are about 19 out of 20, so those are good odds. Don't really want to have to go through the replacement. Our house is not set up for this. We're on 3 levels - main floor, full finished basement and bedrooms upstairs. I'll have to put a bed on the main floor and she'll be stuck there for the next month or two. Again, thank you all for the encouragement. I'll post later when I know more.
