I still don't understand how a trial run as a civilian trial is run even gets out of the pre motion phase without everything being thrown out. Hell I don't know if these guys have been mirandized yet. Military isn't going to have detailed chain of custody for their evidence seized around the world. Obviously their confessions were forced. I mean it's just nuts. We all know it's just to put Bush/Cheney on trial and has nothing to do with trying terrorists.
