So glad she came through without problems. She'll be back to normal in about a month and amazed how quickly she'll heal.

The medical procedures today are just amazing. The Docs know just how much time it will take to recover and be better...We humans always think we can beat whatever they tell us, and that used to be true. No longer....They seem to know down to the week where we'll be in the recovery process.

Glad to hear that Lynne is OK and so far all is well...The 3rd day after surgery is usually the hardest (ditto with after having a baby...) but the drugs are pretty good and after awhile, she will no longer need those ....

So...........the American health care system and all of those fine doctors and nurses, not to mention the hospital that got Lynne in to an operating room lickety split really is the finest on the face of the planet. I really hate to think how long it would have taken....or how much she would have suffered if the U.S. govt was in charge.

Really glad to hear it went well. I hope she is resting comfortably considering. I know the staff at the hospital is doing their best to make sure she is.

Stay safe, my friend. It's slick out.

Now that Mrs. Smithee is laid up it's even more important.
