It sounds really, really good. Do you bake it so the cheese melts and all of the ingredients are warmed up? Cover with foils? Say 375 for 25 minutes? Sour cream, sliced jalepeons and quac on the side........salsa!

I have a container of chili in the freezer. Going to do this for the Super Bowl. YUM!

edit: I see in the post behind this that you do bake it and can add velveeta. Double yum!

I've heard about a Frito dish that involves taking a bag of Fritos and pouring chili into it. From what I've heard, it's a staple at some State Fairs.
