You're talking to a guy who thinks the world's energy needs can be satisfied with solar and wind power.

A square meter of sunlight has one kilowatt of energy. At the equator. At high noon.

Anyone with a background in science or engineering can understand the implications behind that fact. Mindmeld does not.

Of course we had backing. We fund the UN. That's not the point. For the same amount of money, we could have made one hell of a down payment on energy independence. This is the problem. You guys are so glued to the rear view mirrors you don't see the wall you're speeding towards. It's the sheerest stupidity.
