The problem with these Evangelicals is that Pat is just one of many many Evangelicals and many of them think and say the exact same stupid shit. And the GOP is full of Evangelicals who go to those churches. So Obama may have had a crazy pastor, which he has since disavowed and moved churches as a result of, but there are many GOP members who attend Evangelical churches and get fed extremist views of the world. I know because my mom is a Baptist and a pretty intelligent woman and she regularly comes to me with all sorts of crap they feed her including a pamphlet on so-called proof that Obama is the anti-Christ. So you guys are getting fed propaganda day in and day out and somewhere along the way, you left your brains at the door.

Question for you Brumar, with all the ballyhooing about the Tea Party, I'm not sure what they stand for. We all know what they stand against, but what do they want over the long run? So here's my question for you. Do you know if they have a website or something that they use to solidify their policy positions to explain to people what they are all about? I've been searching around, but I'm finding them to be too diffuse. So I'm looking for a site that can explain it all to me. I've heard they are libertarian, which might appeal to me, but then Ron Paul is distancing himself, so which makes me think they may be the loony right. Either way, I want to find out more. So if you frequent a site catering to the Tea Party, please let me know.
