Looks pretty interesting. The only negative I see is that about 35% of their fleet is over 15 years old. Not sure what the avg life is but you are certainly getting a substantial discount for potential scrap ships and write downs.

these producers will want to ship the stuff (in the form of LNG) to where the consumers are. GASS, having the specialized ships, should/could/might prosper.

Paul, I could be wrong here but GASS seems to be a LPG carrier, which is usually propane, butane or a mix of the two. They don't seem to have any LNG carriers, which are much more specialized and much more expensive than LPG carriers.
