Really now? Clinton, himself, said on the late night Letterman show that it was one of the last bills that he signed that caused the financial collapse in the markets------as he sat there grinning from ear to ear.

Why did Clinton aid and abet the transfer of jobs and technology out of America--------putting Americans out of work? The list is long----------beginning with such corporations as Maytag, Zenith, Loral with Maytag and Zenith being right in the Arkansas area, his home state.

Clinton's tax increased harmed the economy.

But it was not very large compared to the size of the economy (it got attacked as a record tax increase, but it was a record only in nominal dollars, which is a poor way of measuring these things in most cases), there where many other positive things going on in the economy at the time and Clinton's increase wasn't large enough to ruin them.
