I find it hard to believe someone could sit on a beach eating tons of food and drinking happily with the devastation just a few miles away. A cruise liner carries so much food and water! It could immediately change the outcome of life and death for perhaps thousands.

I'm all for capitalism Bill, but this is unconscionable!

Here's another random thought. Why send so much of the U.S. military with these ships around? Call an international emergency session of the U.N or something and agree to pay the liners for assistance. It's the equivelent of watching someone drowning in the ocean and not bothering to help, because you've paid for a sport fishing trip.
