Today was tha last straw. I was locked out of my system for most of the day, only to get back on just after the close of the market.

What are you trying to do, mock your customers by denying them access until just after the market closes?

This is pathetic, reprehensible, and completely unacceptalbe.

I will be closing my account, and am transferring my assets to Datek.

I could not trade last Monday during the selloff, nor could I trade today during the market rally.

You have just lost a good customer. I can no longer absorb the kind of losses that are directly attributable to your incompetence. You will be reported to the SEC, the Better Business Bureau, and any other advocacy group that I can contact.

You cannot be allowed to perpetrate the lies and lack of customer service without being held accountable for your actions. Your service has not improved, but has steadily deteriorated. There is absolutely no excuse for your complete lack of attention to your customers.
