I always take a good book with me when we go out on errands on the weekend. Sometimes the car stops at the boat store (the store is called SinkHole)....There are just the same ole' things I can look at in the store....their clothes lines are always the same...but the guys ALWAYS find something of interest to explore. I go to the care and read my book. He does the same thing. Saves lots of wasted energy talking about "what took you so long"....LOL! And generally at the end of the day, we have gone to several places, and actually enjoyed some of them together.... I NEVER bring him with me on purpose when I go for clothes or shoes....That is just an exercise in frustration for both of us.... Now, IF he feels like he wants to buy me something in the clothes, jewelry or perfume line, then THAT is a different matter. It's his idea, so he doesn't get impatient when I have to try on things...
