And I think it is one of them. So we'll disagree. You obviously haven't heard the people whining and ringing their hands about "socialized medicine"- especially ironic coming from the old folks who are actually receiving socialized medicine, and don't seem all that anxious to give it up... Had the proposed legislation been "de minimis" it would have been seen as a give away to the poor, and therefor vulnerable- that's the reason all oldsters get medicare. So it wouldn't be a vulnerable program.
