Martin Midstream Partners Announces Quarterly Distribution of $0.75 Per Unit to be Paid on February 12, 2010

KILGORE, Texas, Jan. 21, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Martin Midstream Partners L.P. (Nasdaq:MMLP - News) announced today that is has declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.75 per unit for the quarter ended December 31, 2009. This quarterly distribution remains unchanged from the distribution paid in the prior quarter and the same quarter of 2009. The distribution is payable on February 12, 2010 to common unitholders of record as of the close of business on February 5, 2010. The ex-dividend date for the cash distribution is February 3, 2010. This distribution is based on the current operating performance of, and the current general economic, industry and market conditions impacting MMLP and reflects an annualized distribution rate of $3.00 per unit.

I find it makes me much more at ease with the market. Not that it couldn't happen, but I have had no inkling of the real bottom line ( at least for me ) on my statement changing, except for a few increases.:)

Used all my available cash to add to WM in my taxable account on this pullback.

Couldn't keep my finger off the margin button here though, picking up 5k TSYS @ 9.34 Friday afternoon. Guess I'm hopeless. <gg>
