Dude - In the last Annual Report, Britelight is explained: "JMAR's point source X-ray lithography (XRL) technology utilizes our patented Britelight (TM) high-power, picosecond-class (a picosecond equals one trillionth of a second), diode-pumped solid state laser technology to generate the X-rays required to print microscopic circuits finer than the 0.25 micron feature size of today's state-of-the art optical lithography processes." ....and also ...

"The patented high-power, short-pulse Britelight(TM) laser technology developed in our XRL program generates unique laser beams that interact with a wide range of materials in revolutionary ways, thereby enabling the development of other highly promising new products, including the pocket Light Knife(TM) laser and our ultra-precision Microlight(TM) laser machining systems."

So, in other words, the laser developed for the XRL program has led to the development of a diverse group of other products that use this same technology. Now my question is (and I still haven't gotten an answer from the company after trying for the past month): How does that same laser do such diverse jobs, requiring vastly different amounts of power output (I would think)? Anyone have any answers?
