Great article Sam - a good survey from a lot of different people in the semi business. A lot of pluses and minuses to consider. IMO however, if the semi sales continue upward as most of the those responding in the article anticipate, cap ex should continue a good rise as well. The Billings data for cap ex revenue as shown in, Message 26267046 has been falling off a cliff since the middle 08, a period of about 18 months. A small recovery started in Mar 09, but December 09 Billings just posted was 842M. This is about 1/2 of what it was in more normal times. We still have a long way to go to get back to "normal". Don
