ATLANTA, Nov 3 (Reuters) - Lunn Industries and TPG Holdings
Inc said Monday the two companies are now known as Advanced
Technical Products Inc, following the completion of their
merger.

Advanced Technical Products common stock will be traded on
a post-merger basis, starting with the first trade on November
4, 1997, the companies said in a joint statement.

As a result of the merger, which closed Friday, each share
of Lunn common stock has been converted into the right to
receive 0.1 shares of common stock of Advanced Technical. Each
share of TPG common stock was converted into the right to
receive around 8.3 shares of the common stock of Advanced
Technical.

Before the merger, there were 14.6 million shares of Lunn
common stock outstanding on a fully diluted basis. After the
merger, there were 5.5 million shares of Advanced Technical
common stock on a fully diluted basis, the companies said.

Advanced Technical manufactures a variety of advanced
composite-based products used in the aerospace, defense and
commercial industries.

Mike: your post is on the right track BUT IMHO it is worse than what you depict. Anyone interested in preserving the integrity of this great thread should go to the TPRO thread and read post #5244. Whether intentional or not this is not good for our stock!!!

Mike, thank you. The thread will calm down as everyone who is long
will have a few more dollars. All LUNN players should be profitable now.

News release is a start. Did not notice
an IR/PR firm yet. Did anyone get word from the co. about IR/PR?
