When I worked in the components field, we used to play this game all the time. Ship shit load of products to our distributors right before the quarter ends, so we could make the numbers for the quarter and meet the damn forcast and get our bonuses, and then after the books closed for the quaretr, take the products back, and also do "ship & debit" if the opportunity presnted itself. But 50 to 70 million, out of their what 125 million sales??? Come on?? How can you get away with that?? Even a stupid Jr. college flunky knows that. The management, especially Walter did know the mess they were in before. The crediability of this managemnt team is getting lower and lower. It is a shame to see a good company like S3 destroyed by incompetent jokers, such as Gary Johnson. GARY MUST GO!!!!!!!!
