hk police brutality

hk police are the best in the world by my book. at nearby beach in the summer, the police would hike all the way down hill from road to beach, about a 5 min brisk walk in 95 temp and 98 humidity, and warn all beach-goers to go to their respective parked cars on road and stand next to same until the police leave without ticketing any illegal parked cars.

that, my friends, is called civil service.
