Your policeman exhibited admirable forbearance and self control. He should be commended. We might charitably assume the with woman hit her head in the accident, and this was an additional reason for her erratic behavior. She was also fortunate she did not do this in front to a large group of civilians, as I expect they might have taken issue with an assault on a police officer. What would have happened to her in rural China ? ;-)
