This still tells me that the revenue was recognized or will be realized. It is not a loss of revenue. I do agree though that this ain't gonna help to restore shareholders confidence in management. Your panic will make this uglier tomorrow. Some of you have already experienced a 60% haircut. And, surprisingly, some of you who don't even own the stock are making bold comments.

Sit tight...

To all those who might be listening to Ken and thinking that he knows what he is talking about...STOP! He doesn't. Sorry Ken, but you keep running off at the mouth with half assed answers and have done noone on this thread any good since the stock started tanking from 16. More importantly your logic and total lack of grasp at the enormity of this restatement and the effect it has on Wall Street analysts, etc. is amazing. You attacked my sell recommendations at prices almost 100% higher and did not attack them on their merits.

Yet you ask Caroline to email you. Quite generous. Do her a favor, don't offer her your advice. Its been dead on wrong since I have been reading you on this thread. You and Ihave been totally opposed to one another and you have taken liberties in bashing my name when everythingI said was almost dead on the money. I made nearly 90% on monies invested in S3 and more importantly kept some people on this thread out of it recently and kept them aware of the possibility of it heading lower (when it was 11 1/2).

I would ask anyone that agrees with me to chime in here. I think it is important to do so because Ken wants this women to email here and she has no idea how wrong he has been on this stock. Lets not do it to humble ken, but to help this caroline and anyone else from ever trusting someone on this thread too much.

Ken, do yourself and your family a favor, call Vanguard today and give them your money.

I don't know how you sleep at night knowing how poorly you safeguard your familie's money.

Regards,
Steve
