not aways, and certainly not in my case

- i wish for sibling to coconut, and i pray sibling be girl

- my wife and her sister both live within 5 minutes walk of aged but very active parents (across the street from us), and my brother-in-law lives in far away berlin

- dutiful son-in-law that i am, i do not mind having to take care of in-laws, as they qualify as good friends

If marry poor guy parents are in trouble in old age.
I think that changes as the society gets wealthier.. and alternate 'retirement' plans become available :O)

I would also bet Tj is thinking good husband for daughter is great.. but daughter will have all the tools any boy would receive.. in any event.. husband or not.. she will have all the required tools.. looks evident already.. to me at least :O)
