Sheri,

Your opinion is well respected. Obviously, if all was etched in stone regarding ACCY it would not be a .20 cent stock. Those of us holding feel that David Marr III (did you mention that name to your stepdad?) and Damian Loth have the potential to turn this company into a multi-million dollar tournament company. We are not expecting everything to happen overnight.

I have spoken to Damian numerous times and he assures me that the tournament will go off as planned. He has always come through. Therefore, I have no reason to doubt him. Furthermore, I am not looking at ACCY as a momentum play based solely on the tournament in five weeks. I am holding long with the confidence that ACCY could be a big "player" in the golf tournament business in the next year or so. Banking on the "Classic Series" becoming a well-known tournament as is the "Nike" tournament that your father chairs.

Best of luck and happy trading,

jodi

Sheri,

You are correct in that it would be VERY difficult to host and televise two events at the same time. However, the dates for the JC Penny Classic is December 5 & 6. The Scottsdale Classic is being held on December 1st - 3rd. I have no way of knowing the earnings from this tourney, but, then again, this is the first of at least three ACCY is planning. If the sponsers lined up commit for more than one tourney(as has been alluded to concerning MONY), then IMHO, then the earnings will eventually follow. I'm not concerned with making a huge profit, or, even a little profit, at this time. The Classic Series needs exposure and I believe that if they can get this first tourney underway, then we will see steady growth based on this first exposure.

Having a step dad in the biz is certainly a plus. But, I'm willing to place my trust in the management team ACCY has aquired:

*********************************************************************
The Company has a management team with vast experience in developing and operating professional golf tournaments.

Damian P. Loth, CSM President

Damian Loth was Founder and President of the 1995 Carbite West Coast Classic. The event was the first professional golf
tournament for PGA Tour players held in Western Canada for almost 30 years, and featured US$550,000 in tournament prize
money.

The tournament attracted sixty of the leading PGA Tour players, and included the reigning British Open champion, John Daly.

David F. Marr III, CSM Executive Director

As Executive Director of The Tradition, a major championship on the Senior PGA Tour, David Marr has been responsible for
developing the tournament into one of the most successful and respected events on the Senior Tour.

During his term as Executive Director (1994 - 1997), the Tradition was upgraded from a regular event to major championship
status, and achieved an increase in net profit of $2million over the same period.

Thanks for your input and, if you don't mind, perhaps I can "pick your brain" sometime if I have any questions?. You obviously have connections!<g>

Sheri: a couple of points/mistakes
The Classic Series will be played on December 1-3, a Monday through Wednesday. This is the time permitted for non-PGA Tour events that permit PGA players to earn appearance fees. This will not coincide with the JC Penny Classic I believe. To compare a tournament with a 480k budget that you concede does not have the top name PGA players to a tournament focusing exclusively on tournament CHAMPIONS is a very unfair comparison. I know we haven't seen who they are yet, but if delivered as promised, they will put this tourney into a whole different class than the tournament you reference. Without the name players, you lose tremendous revenue on tv rights and sponsors. A similar tournament to the one envisioned here grossed $6.5 Million in Oregon. $2 Million is very, very doable. Hope you join the ride after the news announcements over the next week. Go accy.
