Brumar, the co-founder of Broadcom, Henry T. Nicholas III, was acquitted of all charges against him because of prosecutorial misconduct. One of the things the prosecution did wrong was leak info about the case to the press, info that I guess shouldn't have been leaked.

Imagine if KSM gets acquitted because of prosecutorial misconduct. I bet that's what JFShepard and the other bleeding hearts are hoping for ...
