I didn't really 'present an argument', (certainly never expressed any support for the position, as you correctly noted.)

I simply laid out the *reasons* that Macedonia has been blocked from E.U. membership for all these years.

There is one nation doing the blocking (Greece) and they have never been shy about saying WHY they block Macedonia.

According to Greece (who has been very loud about this), it's the NAME "Macedonia" which matches the name that a Northern Greek Province has and, to them anyway, implies "territorial aspirations" over Greek territory.

But to even imply that I 'support' any of this... or to leap to a conclusion that I would in a similar way 'support' blocking the nation of Georgia from membership in the E.U. because the U.S. has a State named "Georgia" is just the product of an over-active imagination.
