What "incentives" do you think he increased? As for war, we didn't steal either Iraq's or Afghanistan's oil. As for alternative energy: As you must know, Bush opened up public lands in the SW for solar development, the same lands Senator Feinstein locked up recently killing 13 planned solar projects in one swoop. Bush also promoted wind energy while both governor. He spoke a lot about developing hydrogen and switchgrass as fuels as President. FWIW Yes, Obama shut down a good nuclear storage site, appointed an anti-nuke activist to the NRC, halted leases Bush had approved, and is now going to promote a bigger corn ethanol industry. Tangible actions all right.
