If you think SS is "not in so much trouble" you don't have a freaking clue what is going on.

Probably because he wanted to show how to do government health care in such a way that it is fiscally responsible (i.e., to allow it to be handled with the efficiency of private enterprise rather than the bloat of government).

It has turned into the only government health care program that ACTUALLY WORKS.
