Thanks for reminding me the total numbers of outstanding shares. Unless we have the support of some big institutions, the chance of success is very very slim. To be able to put Art on the BOD, we need to have a representation of at least 5% of the total O/S shares that is equal to 85 millions shares, JMHO.
