Couple of thoughts.

First, you said an admitted terrorist wrote Obama's book. I'm not sure where you are getting your information, but Obama wrote two books and he had no ghost writers. He wrote them himself. That is known fact.

As far as Palin, we'll have to agree to disagree. Most of the friends and family I know are VERY conservative Republicans and very successful financially. I believe I hang out with a pretty well off and intelligent group of people. None that I know of thinks Palin is qualified to be President. Most think she is simply a cultural icon getting her 15 minutes of fame.

And btw, the one thing that will win Obama the Presidency again in 2012 is if Palin gets nominated to run against him. I'd savor that match up. It would be a slaughter with Obama sailing with ease into the White House. The GOP had better do a lot better than that, if they are serious about winning in 2012. I'd suggest taking a second look at Romney or trying to recruit Gingrich for a run. He'd be 69 in Nov'12, but that's plenty young enough to run the country and plenty old enough to have enough wisdom to do it. If ran, I'd vote for him in a second. Like I said, he is the last of the old guard GOP, which I always respected. This new guard of neocon GOP makes me sick, because it is too extreme and lacks pragmatism.
