True, but historically, the customer centric companies do best. Look at Apple. They are customer gurus. They make things simple. Sometimes they even repackage the same old product in a different context and make billions doing it. Customer respond to simple value cases. Corporations are best at doing that, not government. If the Dems were unable to explain the benefit of their health care legislation, what makes you think they will be able to package it for the marketplace in a way that consumers will understand what they are getting for their money? I think we just had a test run and the results were pretty conclusive. Private enterprise does it better.
