Are Bishop's parents still living? I don't understand why Amy Bishop got so many passes on definitely strange behavior....Most of us would have been tossed in the clink some years ago....Author John Irving is a cousin to Amy B.'s mother, but so what? Why was there not even a hearing held about the brother who was killed...? And the pipebomb possibility? And a sock to the head over the high chair? Is the lawyer a professional in saying she's insane....? Has anyone had time to even think of medically determining that? Where was the Alabama faculty and Board with this? Surely they have heard of an intervention.... Why have no friends who know the couple not been interviewed? Or were there any friends?
