Mark, you brought the press release to its logical conclusion, which the company, lacking the true concern of informing the shareholders exactly where they stand, did not do. They also didnt mention they are now on the board of director's hit list to be replaced. If I were a board member with thousands and thousand of shares, I would demand their removal immediately. ------------------------- We would hope that when your stock is trading near the same price it was 4 years ago that some sort of shake-up would happen. Clearly though, this entire situation will be blamed on the last CFO that is already gone.
