The stock (INTC) is rated "E" by Investors Business Daily.

You are not joking about INTC rating, are you?

Does "E" mean Excellent or E of ABCDE the 5th in this rating? If INTC becomes the 5th rating, I am going to be richer with all my INTC puts.
