Clyburn, was on MSNBC last night very confident about the vote count. And he is the guy who literally rounds them up and counts before a vote goes forward. That might be the case but doesn't he have to say that? I mean it would be shocking for him to say anything different.....like every CEO says good things about their own company. If the votes are there, I would expect a vote to be taken and taken quickly to get it done before anybody else dies or retires or whatever else could happen. The longer it takes to schedule a vote, the more likely the votes don't really exist, IMO.
