No RW, its you who are naive. Naive about how regulation works in the real world. Its subject to regulatory capture by special interests (including but not limited to the regulated parties), its subject to expansion in to more and more useless or even counterproductive areas. Low regulation doesn't mean weak regulation. The important stuff you deal with strongly. In fact you are more able to do so because the regulatory authorities are not so busy dealing with tons of other regulations.
