That's not entirely true.....the Feds provide monies for other transportation projects like airports. However, its our interstate system that is falling apart from overuse and age.

The FAA has been given control of all of the skies long ago for interstate commerce reasons. I didn't mention them because you only mentioned bridges and roads. The media overstates the problem with bridges BTW.

And then there are hi speed trains......we have none while the rest of the world is building them at a good pace.

You could be right, but I am not convinced any one will ride them. If the government would abandon Am Trac and find railroad companies willing to contribute I would say go for it.

Even though its 25% over budget? Oh wait....they are getting built in GA, aren't they? I should have known.

Yes, that money is likely already spent, or a large part of it. This is not the design phase, they will have to pay the contractors for every penny they have spent and then some for profit and overhead.

No, its private jets for Congress......in fact, two private jets for Congress.....that I have posted to you repeatedly over the past few months. They were jets to built by Aerojet of GA.....planes that your esteemed congressmen fought hard for.

If Nancy is going to ride em, might as well build them in GA. I think the GA congressmen are just doing their job.

Feds should reduce those funds not increase them. They canceled the F-22 and the F-15, F-16, and F-18 are aging. We need to stay in front of the rest of the world with stealth fighters.

Why?

So we don't have to worry about them starting a war with us. Do you understand that? Even our best allies could be our worst enemy in the future.
