The Freep, I would like to know that too. Especially , as to me it
"FELT" like insider buying since it 'looked' like everybody else
was selling.

IMHO, insider buying is taking place but as I said yesterday, don't expect miracles or the buying to create a run on the stock.Since any purchases would likely come out of their own bank accounts, the Insiders are likely to buy on weakness/dips as opposed to strength. The bounce off $5.5625 this morning was impressive as someone came in at large volume and drove the stock temporarily back to the intra-day high of 6.125. Insider buying will probably make no difference to day traders who are looking for news/contracts to "pop" the stock. It might make a world of difference to long term investors, Wall Street and institutions who might be considering ANCR for their portfolio in the coming months ahead. In the past, Ancor Mgmt never spoke of Insider black out periods/policy for Insider buying but they have no problem discussing the subject with people who have asked since Ken Hendrickson joined. Past Management sidestepped the issue and leaned on the stock options as an excuse for not buying, with the exception of Cal Nelson who bought 20 pounds in Feb at $7.50. Read between the lines and you may be pleasantly surprised to see the depth and breath of participation in the near future.
