Yes, but a strong majority have accessibility to our system, and the rest have partial accessibility. You think it's ok for 40M odd people to have no insurance, or care through the ER, and the rest of us paying the highest per capita cost in the world while being one job away from losing coverage? Are you still defending this abomination? Also its far from the only criteria. It's the single most shameful stain on our system... Al
